Hebei Zheng’ou Industrial Co., Ltd. was founded on December 8, 2015 with registered capital of 50 million yuan. The company is mainly engaged in the following businesses: processing, wholesale, retail and import & export of wood; production, sale and import & export of instruments and instrument accessories; sale of nonferrous metals (except rare and precious metals) and ferrous metals; real estate development and operation; property management service; construction of steel structure engineering; lease of mechanical equipments; enterprise management and enterprise image planning service; import & export of goods and technologies (Items that need approval by relevant authorities according to laws and regulations shall be carried out after approval). Shen Jiace is the general manager of the company.

The company is located at Economic Development Zone, Wuqiang County, Hengshui City, Hebei Province. Covering an area of 100 mu, the floor area of the company is 67,000 square meters. The 1st phase of the project mainly includes processing of wind instruments and import & export of instruments. The company has invested over 56.3 million yuan accumulatively as at June 29, 2016. At present, there are 16 products, i.e. Yamaha Trumpet, Bach Trumpet, KING Alto Trombone, Edward Tuning Slide Trombone, Yamaha Alto Horn, Yamaha Tenor Horn, Yamaha 3 Piston Euphonium，Yamaha 4 Piston Euphonium，Yamaha 4 Gradient Piston Euphonium，Yamaha 105 Series Tuba, High-end 4 Rotary Tuba, High-end 4 Rotary Tuba, BS Lei Tuba, Marching Mellophone, B Flat Marching Trombone and C Flat Marching Trombone. 43 products are planned to be produced as at the end of year 2016.

As at the end of June 2016, the company has 65 employees, of which, 20 employees have been committed to wind instrument production for over 10 years. The company plans to research and develop all kinds of brass wind instruments and develop 15-20 professional wind instrument products with intellectual property (4 products is applying for patent now) within 2 to 3 years. Besides, the company intends to sale 6,000 to 8,000 wind instruments per month within 2 to 3 years.
